This is a super easy and delicious ketogenic breakfast shake. Great for post-workout as well. Shakes have been my saving grace on the ketogenic diet. When you’re out of meal ideas or ingredients, or just too tired to cook shakes are a reliable go-to meal replacement or snack.

Once you try it you won’t know how you ever survived without one. I use mine so frequently that I’ve purchased multiple blender pitchers! You can buy a Vitamix on Amazon.
