Hello! I’m Daniella, and I’m so happy you’re here sharing my interest in this incredible ketogenic lifestyle. I actually really dislike the word “diet”, as it implies something restrictive that you go on and off of. The ketogenic diet is much more of a lifestyle. Ketogenic Kitchen was developed out of a desire to share everything I have learned about this way of eating so that others could experience the health and weight loss benefits that I have. Following a ketogenic diet can be incredibly fun and satisfying, but it can also be very confusing. My goal with Ketogenic Kitchen is to create easy and affordable recipes with commonly found ingredients so that anyone can enjoy tasty keto meals and snacks.
My personal health and wellness journey has undergone many transformations – from vegan to paleo to ketogenic, and even a foray into Whole 30! Because I recognize that so many people have specific dietary concerns and needs I strive to develop more low carb recipes tailored to specific dietary considerations – like Paleo, dairy-free, vegetarian, primal, and nut-free.
