Keto Shopping List

ketogenic foods

When I began following a ketogenic diet I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what I could eat, what I couldn’t, substitutes to some of my favorite snacks, and ingredients which were acceptable to bake with. After alot of research and shopping I started to get the hang of it and found staples that I now regularly buy.

I created the ultimate keto shopping list to save you the hassle!

I buy most of my non-perishables through Amazon for convenience and since it’s often difficult to find some of these items in local grocery stores. For the rest I usually utilize my Costco membership, or Whole Foods for organic meat and dairy. All of the non-perishable products on my list link to a purchase page on Amazon for your convenience.

Please Note: Some of these links are “affiliate links”, a link with a special tracking code. This means if you click on an affiliate link and purchase the item, we will receive an affiliate commission. The price of the item is the same whether it is an affiliate link or not. Regardless, we only recommend products or services we believe will add value to our readers. By using the affiliate links, you are helping support the Ketogenic Kitchen website, and we genuinely appreciate your support. Please read the entire affiliate disclaimer here.
