When I began following a ketogenic diet I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what I could eat, what I couldn’t, substitutes to some of my favorite snacks, and ingredients which were acceptable to bake with. After tons of research and shopping I started to get the hang of it and found staples that I now regularly buy.

I created the ultimate keto shopping list to save you the hassle!

I buy most of my non-perishables through Amazon for convenience and since it’s often difficult to find some of these items in local grocery stores. For the rest I usually utilize my Costco membership, or Whole Foods for organic meat and dairy.
