Top it with a little homemade whipped cream to make it extra decadent. Ingredients
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Swerve granulated sweetener
  • 7 drops hazelnut stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon natural unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Lily's chocolate chips
Directions
  • Step 1 Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large mug
  • Step 2 Microwave on high for 70 seconds
  • Step 3 Remove mug and place upside down on a flat plate
  • Step 4 Tap the bottom of the mug to release the cake
  • Step 5 Remove the mug and serve with whipped cream
