These Chocolate Chip Cookies are not only delicious, they are low carb, keto-friendly, sugar and gluten-free and simple to make. They have a slight hint of coconut and nice consistency from the almond flour. I love to make these ahead of time for a snack during the week. They travel well and are great for satisfying a sugar craving! If you haven’t tried Lily’s stevia-sweetened chocolate products yet you’re missing out! They are so delicious and versatile, as they make baking bars, chocolate chips, and chocolate bars in several different flavors. Lily’s is a staple in the Ketogenic Kitchen pantry.

If you’re looking for more information on low carb flours I highly recommend checking out this comprehensive guide over at Nutrition You Can Use.
